Model 54 Regal Director Stand
Designed with the needs of conductors in mind, this flag ship of the Manhasset music stand line provides a stately and distinctive station for orchestra and band directors. This double-shafted stand has a wide and extremely stable base. The desk (32″ w x 15-1/2″ h) is capable of holding the larger scores. With its built-in accessory ledge and storage pocket behind the desk (18″ w x 12″ t with a 2-1/4″ ledge), the Regal provides the optimum convenience and functionality for the conductor. The height of this conductors stand ranges from 28-1/2″ to 50-1/2″ (ledge to floor) with a maximum overall height of 63-1/2″.

Caution!
Do not apply any lubricant to the height adjustment shaft, as that may cause the friction grip clutch to lose some of its holding power.
- First, inspect the carton for any external damage. Report any visible damage to the shipping carrier right away.
- Carefully open the box and remove all parts.
- Before you begin, be sure you have the assembly instructions and parts list. Check your parts against the list and be sure you have everything you need for the assembly.
- Be certain you have the necessary tools on hand as described in the parts list.
- With the desk on a flat surface, rotate the neck assemblies upward and loosen the upper screws.
- Remove the ball cup nuts and bolts from both upright shaft assemblies and set aside.
- Extend the Chrome inner shafts and insert them into the neck assemblies.
- Tighten the tension screw.
- Insert the retaining hardware and set the desk and installed shaft assemblies on the floor.
- Carefully attach the base and tighten securely.
- Return the stand to an upright position and adjust as desired.
